Shipping and Delivery Times

We hope that this communication finds that you are staying safe during these very challenging and uncertain times.

Golf has seen unprecedented growth over the past 18 months. Accordingly, demand for golf products has spiked to previously unseen levels. While distributors & manufacturers have adjusted forecasts, delivery of goods has become the unforeseen challenge.

The purpose of this response is to provide an update on the challenges we are facing due to the Global Sea shipping capacity shortage.

To clarify: while we have significant orders placed with our factories that will allow us to fill ALL pre orders as well as anticipated new orders, the shortage of containers and ships to carry the containers has created a bottle neck at ports all around the globe.

While we understand that this update will come as a disappointment, we are as disappointed to be delivering this news, but unfortunately we are dealing with a situation that is completely out of our control.

Below is an update by Brand.

Motocaddy

As the global market leader, Motocaddy has been impacted on two fronts. First by a dramatic increase in demand and secondly by the shipping shortage. As a point of reference, we more than doubled our orders for the 2021 season, but are unfortunately now in a holding pattern waiting for the goods to be arrive. We are currently sold out of all models but taking pre orders to allow fulfillment as easily as possible once the units arrive.

At this time we are being advised that we will see our next containers arrive in early August. These units will fulfill any orders that are still pending.

Stewart Golf

New Q Series - The early supply chain issues experienced in the UK have eased. We are now receiving stock on a regular basis. Pre orders are being dispatched in the priority that they were received.
X Series - We will have stock coming in regularly, please check each trolley page specifically for dating and availability.

PowerBug

While we just launched the brand in Canada last year, its overwhelming success encouraged us to place our factory orders early last fall. As a result, the impact of the shipping situation was avoided to the biggest extent as production and bookings for containers were placed before the full impact of the delays hit.

Cart-Tek

We are currently sold out of the 2021 GRi 1500 V2 SC. We are accepting pre orders and expect the stock to arrive in late July.

Please be advised that we understand if you wish to cancel your order and have a refund issued to your credit card. Please contact us via e-mail ONLY with your order number. Once orders are cancelled they may not be reinstated in the queue.

We will respond to inquiries as quickly as possible and provide an update based on the latest information available. However due to a high volume of emails and calls, response times are delayed. Please use email as a primary method of contact.

In closing, JPSMGolf was founded in Canada 14 years ago when we introduced Stewart Golf Dream Machines. Since then we expanded and added Motocaddy, Cart-Tek and PowerBug to become Canada’s largest distributor of motorized walking trolleys. We are very fortunate to have thousands of loyal customers from coast to coast.
