IMPORTANT NOTE:
In the event that your trolley needs to be returned to our facility for inspection and or repair:
All trolleys must be received in their original packaging.
We therefore ask to please retain the TROLLEY BOX AND ALL PACKING INSERTS.
In the event that an ORIGINAL BOX is not available for the return, we would be happy to ship a box for the return at the customers expense.
Please Note:
All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number from our office prior to a return being sent. Any returns received without an Authorization Number will not be accepted.
Warranties are non-transferrable.
F, Q, and X Series Trolleys
All F, Q, and X Series trolleys are covered by a 2 year manufacturers warranty against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase. This manufacturers warranty does not cover failure due to use (wear and tear), misuse or abuse. See battery warranty details below.
Z Series Trolleys
All Z Series trolleys are covered by a 2 year manufacturers warranty against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase. This manufacturers warranty does not cover failure due to use (wear and tear), misuse or abuse
Gel Batteries and Chargers
Gel Batteries and chargers carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase. Battery failures due to misuse or abuse are not covered under these manufacturers warranty conditions.
Lithium Batteries and Chargers
X Series lithium batteries and chargers carry a 2 year manufacturers warranty against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase. F Series lithium batteries and chargers carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against defects in material or workmanship from date of purchase. Battery failures due to misuse or abuse are not covered under these manufacturers warranty conditions.
In the event of a problem with your trolley, we will do everything we can to resolve any issues and get you back on the course as quickly as possible. If you have a problem that cannot be easily solved over the phone or email, you will be required to send your cart to us for diagnosis and repair if necessary.
Maintenance
To keep your Stewart Golf trolley looking its best, we recommend wiping any loose mud or grass debris from the cover and chassis after each round with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use a hard-bristled brush as this may scratch the surface. Do not use any high-pressure power washers. This increases the possibility of moisture entering the motors, gearboxes and electronics.
Please note: Problems due to accidental damage, wear and tear, misuse or modification are not covered by this manufacturers warranty. You must report any fault to us as soon as it is noticed. Stewart Golf parts carry full manufacturers warranty ONLY when replaced by a Certified Stewart Golf Technician; parts replaced otherwise do not carry warranty and cannot be returned once used.
