How should I clean my trolley?
The best way to clean your trolley, is with a damp cloth and/or compressed air. We recommend that you DO NOT spray water on your trolley at any time.
How do I store my battery for the winter?
For winter battery maintenance, the best practice is to charge the battery fully, and unplug the battery from the charger once full. Charge 2-3 times over the winter months and store in a room temperature location.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive on average.
Why has my tracking not updated?
Depending on the order, we may need a bit more time to get things ready. If your tracking number has not updated, rest assured we are making sure your order is perfect.
