IMPORTANT NOTE 
In the event that your trolley needs to be returned to our facility for inspection and or repair:

    1. All trolleys must be received in their original packaging. We therefore ask to please retain the TROLLEY BOX AND ALL PACKING INSERTS.
    2. In the event that an ORIGINAL BOX is not available for the return of a trolley or Battery & Charger, we would be happy to ship a box for the return at the customers expense. Please note that Battery & Charger returns do not require the original box for return; however, we strongly recommend packaging the Battery & Charger very well with protection from any damages that may occur during transit.

     

    In the unlikely event that your Motocaddy becomes submerged in water, please unplug the battery from the unit. Do not try to charge the battery. Please contact us immediately at 1-855-839-1600 for direction on how to proceed.

    Your Motocaddy Lithium battery serial number is located underneath the barcode label on the bottom of the battery. Please DO NOT use the “PMC” or “PCM” number at the top of the label when registering your warranty.

     

    Please Note:
    All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number from our office prior to a return being sent.  Any returns received without an Authorization Number will not be accepted. Please call us toll free at 1-855-839-1600 if you are encountering a problem; we will then troubleshoot over the phone and determine if a return for inspection and repair is required.

     

    Motocaddy Trolleys & Chargers - Standard Warranty Conditions

    The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty and can be registered online using our Warranty Registration form.

    The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in Canada. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact the place of purchase or call us direct at (905) 839-1600 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

    If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by Canada Post or by our preferred carrier. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and administrative charges plus the costs of parts and labour.  Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.

    The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These warranties are non-transferrable.

     

    Motocaddy Lithium Battery Warranty

    The Motocaddy Lithium battery and charger are both covered by a full 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. In addition to the standard 24 month warranty Motocaddy offers a 5 year limited warranty (additional 3 years of pro-rated warranty) on the battery (this excludes the charger). In order to qualify for the 5 year limited warranty please register your warranty online or using the relevant warranty registration card included with purchase.

    If your product should fail during the 3rd year of ownership Motocaddy will offer you a brand new replacement for 50% of the current listed purchase price of the product. Year 4, 70% of the listed purchase price and year 5, 85% of the listed purchase price. Any purchased product will come with a new 2-year warranty. Please note that due to the nature of batteries, the product is only covered to complete 18 holes during years 3 to 5.


    In order for us to deem something eligible for replacement under warranty (full or pro-rated), we need to have the items returned to us for inspection and testing. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns section for full details and steps to facilitating a return to us.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: If your battery & charger pass our testing, or if they have failed due to damage caused by use/abuse, you will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in the return, and there will be no warranty coverage.

     

    Only parts installed by a Certified Motocaddy Technician carry the full warranty; parts replaced by non-Motocaddy technicians do not carry a warranty and cannot be returned once they have been in use.

     

    Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We reserve the right to request a proof of purchase.

    Motocaddy Lithium Batteries are subject to the standard Motocaddy warranty terms and conditions.
