Any items returned for credit must meet the following criteria:

Any items for return MUST:
- Be unused, in original packaging with all materials labeling in tact,
- Include a proof of purchase,
- Be returned at owner's expense, and
- Receive Return Authorization by a JPSM Sales & Marketing Group Inc. representative.

Upon receipt, items will be inspected and determined if all of the above criteria has been met.
At that time, a credit will be issued, less the initial outward shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee.
