Every X9, X10 or Q Follow is supplied with a compact handset which is individually coded to each trolley (think of it as a car key). Opt for a spare handset and you can leave one in your golf bag or at the club.
If you are an existing owner and have lost your handset, we require the Serial Number of your trolley and the Transmission Code of the handset. We may contact you to request or verify this information prior to shipping.
